Amazing, self-service property. Convenient and brilliant location near the main harbor, making it easy to get anywhere. Sensational breakfasts with lactose-free options provided by helpful staff.

Pretty standard place, exceptionally comfortable beds, PRETTY FRIENDLY staff. Friendly service, great breakfast with portions except the forks, the juice plus tons of fruts. Brilliant, convenient location in the really quiet area. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Hounslow Urban Farm. Nice experience there.

We had a quite comfortable stay for 5 nights.

the location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, 1 km to london heathrow airport, perfectly reachable. the hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a really quiet area.

The family double room was bright and spacious. Good free wifi available in the room. Nice facilities such as central heating and an ironing set. the location was absolutely perfect, close to the center of Aarhus. Enjoyed tea and goodies at Costa Coffee, only 1 km from the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and accomodating their command of English was exceptional and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home, no problems at all, very pleasant stay.

The only thing I would criticise is the location of the hotel, a long way out from Aarhus.

We had a really big two-room and two-bathroom "apartment" heading to the backside . The room was comfortable for our 2+3 family. Very good breakfast with great range of dishes.

The location. You have to go by car to the city. The hotel requires renewal.

Helpful staff who were always willing to answer our questions and assist with our requests. the breakfast here was fantastic, with a wide variety of fruits to choose from! 🥝.

Good value for price. For people with car or ready to use (quite good) public transportation.

Beginning to look slightly dated inside, but still good.

I wish that hotels like this would take better care of routine maintenace - shower heads where the holes are blocked up and the surround split acting like sprinkler systems are not what you want first thing in the morning

We really liked the self-service style, the food was good, the staff were polite, and the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere for dinner - everything was just perfect.

Breakfast was good, had a nice variety, it was actually the only thing worth it. Good location if you have a car to drive to the center, clean room. Good option to cancel the entire booking with no charge at all, up to 1 day before arrival, if trip was cancelled

Bathroom a bit old and smelly - unacceptable. Hotel service extremely slow. We had booked a standard triple room, they initially gave us a standard double room with not even enough space for an extra bed. When asked for another room, we were informed that there is actually no triple room in the hotel and were given another double, but with space to add an exra bed. This supposedly costs more than the price we had reserved but no extra charge was made, due to our inconvenience. The receptionist, although trying to be very helpful, was inevitably very slow (she had to do everything by herself, since she was the only staff at helpdesk) and all this delayed us so much, that we missed dinner (all restaurants, including the hotel restaurant, close by 10pm in Aarhus). When checking out, we were again incredibly delayed, apparently all guests checking out had complaints and, although there were 3 people at the reception, only one of them was actually assisting guests! Not a good value for money, apart from the satisfying breakfast.

The breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotel. Also the fact that our room was upgraded was fine.

The breakfast here is excellent, stocked with lots of fresh fruits to kickstart your day 🍉. the rooms are neat and modern, each equipped with a shower. the free WiFi works reasonably well, which is a plus. the staff here are perfectly fine and always ready to assist.

Its ok, clean. Friendly staff, nice buffet. Poor connections to town though

Breakfast was good

Location isn't ideal if you don't have a car and want to see the sights of Aarhus. However, there is a bus stop across the street which gets you into the town centre so it is do-able.
